Meet Cindy
Cindy is a high-energy self-starter and professional with the ability to conceptualize and implement results-oriented sales strategies. This is her thirtieth (30th) year as a real estate professional in the Greater Nashville market.
She is consistently ranked in the top 1% of all real estate professionals nationally and is the recipient of 28 industry awards, including a Lifetime Member Award of Excellence.
The Nashville Business Journal has ranked Cindy as a Top 20 Real Estate Agent (out of 6,500 agents) for many of her years.
Cindy has earned the prestigious CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) designation and is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. She has the knowledge, skills, and expertise to assist buyers and sellers of luxury homes and estates. She earned the degree of Broker and the designations of ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) and CSP (New Home Sales Professional).
Cindy regularly works with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, always maintaining the strictest confidentiality of her clients. She has an elevated level of service and skills. Keeping a close eye on local and national trends and a critical understanding of the nuances and influences that directly affect property values, enables her to be an expert negotiator on behalf of her clients.
Cindy has one son, William, who is employed in the field of Logistics and International Business. She stays active in many professional organizations, as well as, supporting local non-profits. In her spare time, she enjoys golfing, hiking, archery, gardening, and playing with her two young Havanese pups Tandy and Bogey.
